Alex Bashinsky, Esq., LLM – Chair & Co-Founder
Alex Bashinsky is an international sanctions and global trade professional with over 15 years of experience in compliance programs, enforcement, academia, and advisory services. He is the CoFounder of the Global Sanctions Training Institute (GSTI) and a Certified Global Sanctions Specialist (CGSS). Alex has worked with leading financial institutions and multinational corporations, developed specialized compliance training for diverse industries, and collaborates closely with academic and nonprofit institutions to expand access to sanctions education. He is also a member of the International Working Group on Russian Sanctions.

Dr. Robert Kossick is an international trade attorney and scholar with over 25 years of experience in export controls, customs law, and global regulatory compliance. He has advised multinational

Foundation’s programs align with all relevant laws and nonprofit regulations.
Anna Shilova – Director of Public Relations
Anna Shilova is a communications and public relations specialist with expertise in brand development, stakeholder engagement, and international outreach. She has extensive experience fostering
partnerships with academic institutions, NGOs, and media organizations. As Director of Public Relations, Anna leads efforts to amplify the Foundation’s mission and increase visibility for its educational and humanitarian initiatives across global audiences.
